Hey Cooper, I share your opinion. I've been a stay at home mom for five years for now and apparently can't work outside the house. Freelance writing doesn't take up that much time, but I have been surely able to reap some benefits from it. The biggest challenge was the registration at the website, since I had a hard time getting my diploma copy from the college I graduated from in 2001... Anyways, I succeeded and am now making a good chunk of money with freelancing. It isn't too exhausting and broadens my horizons when I research on some new topic. Good experience so far

It's nice to stumble upon such feedback about the company I will hopefully cooperate with in the nearest future. I come from Eastern Europe, and freelance websites are not very developed here, so I was looking for a foreign alternative when my friend recommended me writerbay. Hey Shruti, Same here! I was awarded a PRO-Light status after I have completed a lengthy dissertation proposal, and it earned me a returning client and the continuation of the dissertation. I now receive 15% more to the regular salary, and am given priority when their support team assigns available orders. I feel that now it’s my turn to tell few words about Writerbay. So, I have been working with this company for 1 year already. What really makes me log in to my account every day is the feeling that you will find a support here. It is always a great pleasure to chat with so sweet people. Moreover, their staff available 24/7. The second thing is the flexible bonuses system. You may be sure that all your efforts will be rewarded fairly. Unfortunately, there are some drawbacks, but they are really minor compare to the advantages. So, first, I do not like that they are making payments only once a month, but in 3 months I got used to it and accepted the reality. Secondly (mainly it is a disadvantage for applicants), they have quite tangled registration process, but trust me it is worth taking, cuz at the end of the road you will receive a great reward.

Regarding the support staff. Once I had very unpleasant issue. I do not remember the name of the agent, but the service she provided was horrible. Because of incompetence I was fined, luckily, another person helped me to solve the issue. You are really luck that you have never encountered with such "I don't care" assistance. Overall I am happy with the job, and I believe that their staff will improve.

It is so funny how people sometimes make false conclusions about the company even without working there. I am working with Writerbay for 3 years already and I see how this company improving every day. Yes, first not everything was that immaculate and once I encountered with the payment delay, but actually partly it was my fault, nevertheless issue was solved and now I am recalling it with a smile. They grew client’s database and for now there are a lot of interesting assignments. Currently I have a PRO status and the one thing that is making me crazy is that I cannot bid for the orders. Of course it is because of my status, but still they have to reconsider this somehow. I am pretty much satisfied with the bonuses especially if client decides to reward my endeavors with additional payment. Their staff is always attentive and supportive, but sometimes, maybe because of fatigue, they are giving wrong information, but we all humans and can make mistakes. Even though this company has some drawbacks I still like to work here, because I see how all these drawbacks are eliminating.

Hmm… Writerbay is quite interesting place for work. I am relatively new there, but for now I have my own conclusions. Conclusion 1. If you work hard, you will be paid accordingly. I spent quite a lot of time writing these different papers, but my endeavors always rewarded accordingly. Only once I had an unpleasant issue and was fined, but I have learned a lesson. Conclusion 2. Be precise and you will receive the right answer. Once I asked their support staff for help and have not found the necessary response, but then I realized that this was because my question was ambiguous and of course the staff failed to clarify everything. Conclusion 3. Do what you like and love to do. For now it’s just a perfect place for me.
